Well-being and job satisfaction of caregivers
Caregivers who support people with mild intellectual disabilities and severe behavioral problems may experience strong emotions such as fear or anger. These emotions can negatively affect their well-being and the quality of care.
Within Project Pro (Dutch only), the AWVB studied how factors such as support at work, team climate, and collaboration influence caregiver well-being and job satisfaction. The findings are presented in this factsheet.
