Setting up a new team of support staff (infographic)

Some people with mild intellectual disabilities exhibit severe challenging behavior. For example, aggressive behavior toward support staff. As a result, they often have to move from one care facility to another. This means many changes and new support staff all the time. To improve the quality of life of these people, care organizations sometimes start a new residential home – including a new team of support staff.
