Experiences of support staff of people with intellectual disabilities at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic

During the pandemic, care professionals faced new challenges and responsibilities.

The AWVB collected audio messages from 11 professionals to capture their experiences. Four main themes emerged: responsibility, flexibility and perseverance, practical challenges of safety measures, and collaboration. The results are summarized in this factsheet.
